Return & Refund Policy

At MOLTU, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. Each fragrance is carefully selected and created with attention to quality and detail.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Norwegian consumer legislation, customers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@moltuagency.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Perfume Returns

For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal once their seal has been broken, where the legal conditions for this exception are met.

For perfume returns, we recommend keeping the bottle unopened, unused and in its original condition.

Opening packaging does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal. Each return will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

3. How to Return an Item

Please email hello@moltuagency.com with your order number and return request.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must send the product back within 14 days.

We will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising their right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transportation.

4. Refunds

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost, where applicable.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be processed within the time limits required by applicable law.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@moltuagency.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection legislation.

Your statutory rights relating to defective products remain unaffected by this policy.

6. Pre-Orders

Selected MOLTU fragrances may be available for pre-order before their official release.

Estimated delivery dates will be communicated on the relevant product page or during checkout.

Your statutory consumer rights, including the applicable right of withdrawal, also apply to pre-orders.

If there are significant changes to the expected delivery schedule, we will inform you.
